WIP PROGRAM
Our "computer link" program, referred to as "WIP", is an on-line catalog / ordering system provided by ACDelco and Wrenchead. This service will be provided to all TSS members at no charge provided of course that they can and will utilize this tool. TSS PROGRAM Total Service Support Today's automotive aftermarket comprises of nearly one third of the total retail market in Canada. It is the single biggest industry group driving employment, purchases and other secondary economic activity.
There are several major factors which determine what road the aftermarket will take in the future. A few of these factors are: vehicles are staying on the road much longer than they did in the past; the number of kilometers driven per year is increasing steadily; vehicles are much more complex than in years gone by, etc.
Due to the above mentioned, today's technicians must be more up to date with today's technology. Knowledge-based diagnosis of repairs will be the key to survival. Today's aftermarket needs to regard training as an investment, not as a disruption.
